Finishing Service
We currently offer a limited variety of "hard" finishing options for stitchers.
We are currently NOT going to offer any “soft” finishings, for example…pillows, drums, stockings, etc.
All finishes are mounted on acid-free board, lightly padded with batting, and finished with coordinating fabric/trims/cording/embellishments.
"FLATS" Ornaments / Wall Hangings
"Flat Folds" are flats or mounted flats constructed in a tent-like design. They can be used as stand-alone decor pieces or shelf-sitters. Their fold-up design makes them convenient to display and store. Prices start at $28 for basic and $30 for mounted and vary based on size of stitched piece.
WOOD BLOCKS
Available in 4"x4", 5"x5", 6"x6" or 8"x8"
(Size is based on the board itself, not the stitching or coordinating fabric.)
Wood blocks of wood that have been painted (white, black or red) and have fabric mats attached to the front and back so that they look pretty on all sides when placed on a tiered tray or in a hutch display. Prices start at $18 and up, based on size.
WOOD ORNAMENT & PLAQUE FINISHES Basic or Mounted
Ornaments and plaque finishes are wood cutouts painted white and sanded at the edges to create a weathered look. For the plaque finishes, the wood is .25" thick and will not stand up on its own. These finishes are made to be propped up in shelves and hutches, placed in easels, or hung up. Prices start at $12 for basic and $16 for mounted.
