You can pick up your name badge and info from the shop.
(If not picked up, its okay...you can get it on Friday at the venue)
February 7, 2025, Check-in 8:30 AM at the hotel stitching room. The room is open until 11:00 PM
February 8, 2025, 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM
February 9, 2025, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

This is NOT a VENDOR or class event!! We focus on community and relaxed stitching time.  
 
Registration Cost: (LIMITED TO 200 STITCHERS)

  The registration cost includes:
Rental of space for 3 days
BBQ Dinner on Saturday

Payment:
Payment will need to be paid in full once the invoice has been sent.  Please fill out the google form and an invoice will be sent to you via Square. If the invoice is not paid within 30 days, then we will cancel the invoice and the next person in line will be accepted.
If not able to access the form, you can give us a call and we can add you to the list for invoicing
Hotel Rates:
$188.00 Per night, this includes the resort fee
Parking will be added to your reservation if you are driving.

We will have a block of rooms for the Doubletree.  We must have at least 80 percent rooms booked, which we do not anticipate an issue.  This allows us to get the cheaper rate on the rooms and the event space.  There will be a limited amount available, but the rates are below.
Refund Policy:
Upon registering for this Retreat, we are not able to offer refunds unless we are able to fill you seat with another Needleworker.  This will be done through the event organizer, and no outside transfers of seats can be made.  We do this as we have immediately incur costs when preparing the event space.
In the event we are able to fill your spot, then you will be refunded minus a $50.00 admin fee.
We thank you for your understanding as we want to bring you the best retreat experience possible. 
In addition, you are responsible for cancelling your accommodations and travel.

We ask that you respect our request not to bring items to sell, unless approved.  We often open opportunities for attendees to offer items but we would ask you contact us if you have a desire to bring items for sale.  Anyone known to be selling items will not be allowed to register for future events.  As event organizers, we reserve the right to refuse registration and/or attendance.
